Volunteer Opportunities
Peach Prep Volunteer
Overview:
Help prepare one of the festival’s most important ingredients fresh Palisade peaches!
Responsibilities:
-
- Cut and prep peaches the morning prior to the festival and Friday morning
- Distribute prepared peaches for use at the bar, Peach Cuisine, and other areas throughout the park
- Maintain a clean and organized prep space
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines
Ideal For:
Volunteers who enjoy hands-on work and being part of the behind-the-scenes magic
Back Stage Assistance
Overview:
Support performers and production teams to ensure smooth, entertainment throughout the festival.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with stage and sound equipment setup on Thursday
- Help coordinate band transitions and set changes on Friday and Saturday
- Ensure the green room is stocked and organized
- Support artists and communicate needs to staff
Ideal For:
Reliable, organized individuals who can stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Festival Set-Up
Overview:
Help bring the festival to life by preparing the grounds before guests arrive.
Responsibilities:

- Assist with hanging banners and signage
- Set up event flags and directional materials
- Help organize and prepare festival spaces
- Support staff with general setup needs
Ideal For:
Team players who enjoy physical, hands-on work and being part of event buildout
Merchandise Tent
Overview:
Represent the Chamber while helping guests shop official festival merchandise.
Responsibilities:

- Sell merchandise and operate the register
- Restock items and maintain inventory organization
- Provide friendly customer service
- Answer basic festival and product questions
Ideal For:
Outgoing individuals who enjoy retail and engaging with guests
Volunteer Check-In & Info Booth
Overview:
Be the go-to resource for both volunteers and guests at the festival.
Responsibilities:

- Check in volunteers and provide assignments and materials
- Serve as a designated information booth attendant
- Answer questions and direct guests and volunteers as needed
- Help ensure smooth communication across the event
Ideal For:
Friendly, organized individuals who enjoy helping others and staying informed
Gates & Attendee Check-In
Overview:
Create a smooth and welcoming entry experience for festival attendees.
Responsibilities:

- Scan Eventbrite tickets and assist with entry
- Collect payments when applicable
- Distribute wristbands to attendees
- Manage guest flow at entrances
Ideal For:
Energetic, people-oriented volunteers who can stay organized in busy environments
Green Team
Overview:
Help keep the festival clean, safe, and environmentally friendly.
Responsibilities:

- Pick up loose trash throughout the park
- Monitor recycling and waste stations
- Replace trash bags as needed
- Support overall cleanliness and sustainability efforts
Ideal For:
Volunteers who are proactive and take pride in maintaining a clean environment
Peach Pit Bar and the Can-tina
Overview:
Support one of the festival’s most popular areas serving local beverages.
Responsibilities:

- Sell drink tickets and assist with transactions
- Pour wine and simple cocktails (as directed)
- Check IDs and wristband attendees
- Help maintain a clean and organized bar area
